Who We Are
Leigh-Anne Ashton has been engaged in real estate since 2003. She began her career processing, underwriting and funding residential loans. In recent years she has focused her efforts on commercial investment acquisitions and dispositions and residential REO and BPO products.
Zuhair “Harry” Hashim has been active in residential real estate since the 1970’s. He began in Texas and in 1976, he ventured into the commercial real estate sector specializing in lodging properties. He has since been engaged in the hotel ownership and investment business. Now licensed in California and with the real estate market in its current state, Harry is also pursuing residential REO opportunities for sale.
Nancy K. Hashim has been in possession of a California Real Estate license for 15 years. Her residential experience in handling both buyers and sellers is exceptional. Furthermore, her relationships within the real estate community provide our clients access to the best of the best. She has excellent time management skills and is a woman
