Highland Venture Group typically pursues off-market lodging opportunities on behalf of their client's purchasing criteria.  Most assets are specifically targeted due to either their location, room count and/or repositioning capabilities.  Our client's quiet and quick approach and proven financial strengths have proven to be attractive for many sellers.
