Both divisions have a combined tenure of over thirty years in the industries.  Our firm's principals effectively utilize a matchmaker approach as well as national tools such as the MLS and various realty boards to assist in the disposition of such assets.  The majority of opportunities are farmed within three local counties including Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego.
